I have been a nurse for 28 years and I have taken many CPR courses. Mark's course has been the best one yet! He knows his audience and adjusts his level of teaching appropriately. He is professional, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His love for teaching is very evident.
I would recommend his courses to other healthcare professionals. It is nice to be taught by someone who respects and understands the nursing profession.

Stacey Rouges, RN MSN, Learning and OD Specialist, KFL&A Public Health

We have been partnering with Mark for the last two years to provide BLS and airway management training at our agency. Mark is exceptionally professional to deal with. He responds quickly to communications; whether it is a class booking, a special request for a session (such as requirements related to COVID) or feedback from classes. Mark consistently arrives early for classes, with all of his own equipment and supplies and is self sufficient when on site making it very easy to host him as a trainer.
Most importantly, participants love his classes. His training adheres to current standards and has lots of practical, real life stories mixed in-keeping it interesting and relevant even for people who have completed BLS training many times.
Richard Pilon, Platoon Chief, Gananoque Fire Rescue
Gananoque, ON
Mark instructed our firefighters for over 20 hours in first aid, basic life support, airway management and oxygen therapy. His ability to adapt his methods and the material he delivered to accommodate the needs of the group was very professional and well received. He took time to explain all the material thoroughly to ensure that the firefighters fully understood not just how to perform medical procedures but also why the procedures were required. His knowledge and professionalism was very much appreciated.

I have taken Healthcare Provider CPR with Mark for the past 3 years. The training has always been very informative and fun and I look forward to recertifying with Mark every year.
As a 4th year nursing student, I was required to perform CPR on a patient. I was complimented on the quality of my CPR skills by my co-workers. That definitely sums up the quality of training that I received from Mark!
